Payment & cancellation Policy

Payment Terms:

  • 10% or Rs.1000 (whichever is more) advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • 100% payment is required at the time of loading goods.
  • Payments are to be made in favour of “Shiftme India Pvt. Ltd.” only.
  • Payments accepted via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Wallets.

Refund Policy:

We “Shiftme Packers and Movers” strive to provide the best possible services to our customers. We understand that sometimes the circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel or request a refund for the services you have booked with us. We have outlined our refund policy below to ensure that you are aware of our terms and conditions

Note:

We require a deposit of 10% or Rs.1000 (whichever is more) payment of the total estimate in advance at the time of booking, if we are unsuccessful in scheduling a crew as you’re your requirement your total deposit will be refunded. However, if a crew is confirmed and then a cancellation is made no refund will be provided.

“I agree to pay the total charges for the services to be provided by Shiftme India P. Ltd. I understand that my deposit/fee represents only a portion of my total estimated service charges. Bank charges will be deducted as applicable.”

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel/reschedule your booking with us, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.

Standard Cancellation:

A 5% fee and taxes will be deducted from the booking amount/payment made if the order is cancelled at least 2 working days (Saturday, Sundays and Holidays not included) prior to the job order execution date and the remaining balance will refund to you in your source account within 7-10 working days.

25% booking amount will be deducted if the order is cancelled less than 2 business days prior to the job order execution date.

Short Term Cancellation:

If the circumstances have changed and you are no longer sure about your moving dates, time or location you may inform our customer care and hold your booking. It will help you to modify your booking and you will be able to rescheduled 48 hours prior to scheduled time without any extra charges. Orders can be rescheduled for any location in or outside the city/state subject to availability of services. Price may be changed based on the services you opt for.

  • The cancellation would not be done once the consignment has already been shipped. If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints regarding this refund policy or If there is any discrepancy in the amount refunded, please contact us immediately.
  • If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, no refund will be provided.

Please note that the refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.
