Q. What are the services offered by ShiftMe?

ShiftMe offer Packing/shifting, Labour and vehicles service for individual as well as enterprises to suit their requirements. We have different sized vehicles from Tata ace, Piaggio Ape, Pick-up, Tata 407, Mahindra Champion, Eicher 14 feet, 17 feet and 19 feet trucks and many more as per the requirements. You can book vehicle, packing/shifting services for Current as well as Advance Bookings up to 1 month . For current bookings, just click on 'Book Now' button & your booking is confirmed, the Reference Number is displayed. In case of advance booking, the confirmation is given right away and details are sent 1 day before the shifting time.

Q. What are the timings for the Vehicles Service?

Vehicles Services are available round the clock.

Q. How do I book a Vehicles Service?

You can book vehicle service either by calling Phone or by visiting Website ” shiftme.in

Q. Is there any charge for booking on the phone / web?

No, we don’t charge for booking on phone or through website. No Convenience charge will be applicable.

Q. What is the fare that I will be charged?

We charge base fare of particular vehicle which is fixed along with on the actual distance travelled in kilometers, the actual waiting time in minutes.

Q. Will I be charged for waiting time also?

Yes, but only after certain period of time.

Q. Do I have to pay toll charge when I use vehicle service?

Yes, you have to pay 'Toll charge'- at the actual. However, in case you have booked a vehicle & it is crossing the toll post while coming to your address, then you need not pay the toll charges.

Q. How do I pay after the completion of services?

Shiftme.in accepts both Cash and Cashless payments i.e. you can pay via Cash, as well as via paytm Mobile Wallet.

Q. Will I get a printed receipt for the amount paid?

Of course you will. You just need to register your email id with us, and at the end of service you will receive the receipt with all details without having to follow up for the same.

Q. Can I cancel a booking made?

Our system of handling bookings is automated and once your booking is confirmed by our Customer Service Center, a vehicle is assigned to report to you. We do understand that sometimes, plans change and you may need to cancel a booking. Please tell us as soon as you reasonably can - that you would like to cancel a booking so that we can avoid a vehicle reporting to you, when you don't need it.

Q. What is it that cannot be loaded on to the vehicle?

Some possessions like pets, Liquids/Oils, inflammable items and flowers pots will not be allowed to be loaded on the vehicle.

Q. Do I need to register at your website to avail the services?

No. You can use our service without the need to register as a one-time user. You just need to provide your details at the time of booking and for packing service you need to register on our website using mobile number. This can help you login and book any service. Please do not forget to change your password when you log in for the first time.

Q. I am a registered user and have forgotten my password!

If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forget password" link. Enter your user id (i.e. your mobile number) then click on “Reset The Password” and you will receive your password on registered mobile number.
